Here are some common questions about our company.

How do I request a delivery?

You can request a delivery directly through our website by logging in and using the Delivery Request Form.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across all of Trinidad, with zones categorized as Urban, Urban-Metro, Metro and Rural. Tobago and regional shipping will be available in future phases.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery rates start at $40 for Urban areas. Same Day deliveries carry an additional $15–$25 surcharge depending on the zone. See our Zones & Rates page for full details.

Can I track my package?

Yes. Once your delivery is picked up, you'll receive a tracking link or real-time updates via Whatsapp or email.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Absolutely. We collect payment on your behalf and settle securely with you. It's perfect for businesses offering COD to their customers.

What happens if the recipient is unavailable?

We’ll attempt to contact the recipient before carrying out the delivery. If undeliverable, we’ll return the package or reschedule delivery based on your instructions. However, if customer confirms delivery and does not respond upon arrival, then delivery fee will be charged.

How do I know which zone my address falls into?

When submitting your delivery request, your address on your account is automatically taken in as pickup address, unless alternative pickup address is elected and entered. We will do the calculations based on your pickup and delivery address.

Do you offer weekend or holiday deliveries?

Weekend deliveries are available in select zones. Holiday or after-hours requests can be arranged with prior notice and depending, may carry an additional fee.

Please note, that we will also place out notices for holidays indicating if we will be in operation or not.
